JAZINFUSION

Jazinfusion is a dynamic and diverse band, primarily led by students, that creates its own unique sound and repertoire.

What and when? This is combo-style ensemble which runs from 5.45 - 6.45pm on Friday evenings at Castle Street during WYO term time. The core musical material is jazzy in nature, but also leans into world folk melody, Latin & flamenco rhythms, rock n roll, and even classic pop tunes, arranged and fused together creating a unique sound and feel .

Who can join? Players need to be approximately grade 5 or above on their instrument, which may or may not be in the 'classic' jazz tradition . Electric & electronic instruments / sounds are encouraged, as are any singers or other vocalists .

What does it cost? Membership of the jazz group is included in WYO subs.
